Returns and withdrawal

14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then send the items back unworn and in their original packaging.

Costs

For a withdrawal you pay the return postage. If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, we pay.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the return, to the card you paid with.
